Olympia streamlines applying for jobs through interview-first recruiting. Olympia interviewers all worked at Google and have been calibrated to the best hiring bar in the world. Don't worry though, we have our own bar that focuses on your strengths to identify your ideal product scale and work environment.

Olympia is free for candidates applying to our clients. If you want to use your Olympia interview to apply to even more companies though, we can represent you as part of our Apply Program. It starts at $499 to get represented to 50 companies.

We will interview you, find target jobs for you and contact recruiters at those companies with your full interview packet. Recruiters and hiring managers respect the opinion of our interviewers, putting you at the top of their list.
